Meet Mathild – Your Guide to Movement & Connection

Mathilde, or Tilly, grew up in the Austrian Alps, where adventure and stillness go hand in hand. She’s a certified mountain guide and yoga instructor, blending her love for hiking with practices that bring you back to yourself.

Her sessions are inspired by the five elements, incorporating yoga, meditation, breathwork, and sound healing to create an experience that is both grounding and liberating. She’s also a certified massage therapist and cacao ceremony facilitator, offering moments of deep relaxation and heart-opening rituals along the way.

Whether you’re stretching out on a sun-warmed rock, moving through a forest-flow yoga session, or sipping cacao under the open sky, Mathilde makes every moment feel effortless and natural. No experience is needed—just a love for the outdoors and a curiosity to explore.
